As an author, Crystal has inspired and transformed the lives of over 100+ youths through her book titled 'YOU' - A practical guide to help you discover purpose.

Through her community (Personal Growth Community) and her Non-Profit Organization (The Youth Being), Crystal continues to systematically coach and mentor teenagers, young adults and emerging leaders.

Crystal's life work cuts across Biotechnology, Project Management, Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship.
